After installing the iPhone Theme for Magento via Magento Connect do the following: Simply configure the exceptions under “System”->”Configuration”->”Design” Expand “Themes” see the screenshot and use the values “Mobile Safari|iPhone|iPod” for Matched expression, and “iphone” for value.
